How it works

    Fill out the referral form below with your information and the name and contact info of the person you are referring.

  2. We reach out

    A local Security ONE consultant contacts them, listens to what they need and designs a system that fits. No pressure, just good advice.

  3. You get your credit

    When your referral becomes a Security ONE customer, your credit is applied to your account. The next one is worth even more.

Referral program terms and conditions

  1. Rewards are earned only for successful referrals. A referral is successful when the referred person signs a monitoring agreement with Security ONE, their system is installed and activated, and their account remains active and in good standing for at least 90 days.
  2. The referrer must be a current Security ONE customer with an account in good standing at the time the referral is submitted and when the reward is issued.
  3. The referred person must be a new customer. Current customers, former customers whose service ended within the past 12 months, and anyone already in contact with our sales team are not eligible. The referred person must also sign up for a monitoring plan of at least $39.99 per month.
  4. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form before the referred person purchases. Referrals submitted after a sale cannot be credited. If the same person is referred more than once, credit goes to the first referral received.
  5. Credit amounts are based on the number of successful referrals you have made: $50 for your first, $100 for your second, $150 for your third, $200 for your fourth, $250 for your fifth and $300 for your sixth.
  6. Rewards are issued as account credits applied to the referrer’s Security ONE account. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
  7. Free monitoring is available once seven or more of your referred accounts are active at the same time. It covers up to $99.99 per month of your monitoring fee; any amount above that is billed at your regular rate. Free monitoring does not include equipment, installation, service calls, upgrades or additional services.
  8. If your number of active referred accounts drops below seven, free monitoring ends and your regular monitoring rate resumes on your next billing cycle. Your monitoring agreement stays in effect, so if you choose to cancel your service, including after free monitoring ends, cancellation or early termination fees under your agreement may apply.
  9. Self-referrals, referrals of additional properties on your own account and referrals made using false information are not eligible. Security ONE may withhold or reverse credits obtained through misuse of the program.
  10. All referrals are subject to Security ONE’s standard credit, service area and installation approval.
  11. Security ONE reserves the right to change, suspend or end this referral program at any time. Credits already earned before a change will be honoured.
